At Ace Suites, we want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To ensure a pleasant experience for you and our neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow these important house rules:
No Smoking Indoors
This is a smoke-free property. If you wish to smoke, please step outside onto the street. Any smoke-related cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit.
Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the quiet hours. Parties and loud music are not permitted. All our properties are fitted with fair-level noise monitors. If noise levels exceed this, you’ll receive a warning via phone, text, or email. Continued issues may result in a visit from our security team and additional charges. In extreme cases, guests may be asked to leave. Let’s keep things fun but respectful.
No Pets Allowed
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our properties.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please ensure you vacate the apartment by 11am so we can prepare for our next guests. Late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
Before You Leave
Kindly wash any used dishes, bag your rubbish, and take it with you for disposal.
Minimum Age Requirement
Bookings must be made by a lead guest aged 21 or over. We do not accept reservations from groups under this age limit. Please contact us if you’re unsure before booking.
Damage Deposits At Ace Suites, we take pride in caring for our homes and ensuring peace of mind for our property owners. To help protect the space during your stay, a damages deposit is required before check-in.
Refundable Damages Deposit – £300.00 (Card Pre-Authorisation)
We will place a pre-authorisation on your credit/debit card for the deposit amount. This is securely held and will automatically be released after 7 days, as long as no damage is reported.
