The space
Perfect for weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative or cozy home base while exploring everything London has to offer.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. A good sized dining table, means everyone can enjoy a meal together.
The lounge has 2 comfortable 3 seater sofas, coffee table and a 65 inch smart TV. Large windows leading onto a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee before an adventurous day in London.
The bedroom includes lots of storage space, a very comfortable European size double bed, dressing table and a private balcony.
There are 2 comfortable, double sofa beds in the living room.
Please note that same-day bookings require at least 2 hours’ notice prior to arrival.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
We charge £40 late check-in fee after 10pm.
Early check-in may also be available at an extra fee, but can not be guaranteed.
Due to its central location, parking can be difficult. Parking is free on weekends, but from Monday to Friday, it requires payment between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis along a public road. Additionally, a car park is located about a 20-25 minute walk away, with a daily rate of approximately £20.

House rules Respect the Space – House Rules
At Ace Suites, we want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To ensure a pleasant experience for you and our neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow these important house rules:
No Smoking Indoors
This is a smoke-free property. If you wish to smoke, please step outside onto the street. Any smoke-related cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit.
Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the quiet hours. Parties and loud music are not permitted. All our properties are fitted with fair-level noise monitors. If noise levels exceed this, you’ll receive a warning via phone, text, or email. Continued issues may result in a visit from our security team and additional charges. In extreme cases, guests may be asked to leave. Let’s keep things fun but respectful.
No Pets Allowed
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our properties.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please ensure you vacate the apartment by 11am so we can prepare for our next guests. Late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
Before You Leave
Kindly wash any used dishes, bag your rubbish, and take it with you for disposal.
Minimum Age Requirement
Bookings must be made by a lead guest aged 21 or over. We do not accept reservations from groups under this age limit. Please contact us if you’re unsure before booking.
Damage Deposits At Ace Suites, we take pride in caring for our homes and ensuring peace of mind for our property owners. To help protect the space during your stay, a damages deposit is required before check-in.
You have two options:
Accidental Damage Waiver – £30.00 (Non-Refundable)
This covers you for up to £300.00 in accidental damage. Please note that this does not cover deliberate damage or negligence.
Refundable Damages Deposit – £300.00 (Card Pre-Authorisation)
You may choose to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full deposit amount. This is held securely and will automatically expire after 7 days, provided no damage is reported.
A secure link will be sent the day before check-in, allowing you to choose either the damage waiver or the pre-authorisation option. Once completed, we’ll promptly release your check-in instructions for a smooth arrival.
