The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including towels, bed linens, toiletries, and a welcome basket with essentials like bread, eggs, jam, snacks, wine, cereal, hot beverages, and milk. These provisions will help you settle in before you visit the nearby supermarkets, less than 2 minutes away.
The space
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cutlery, crockery, and utensils. A generously sized dining table allows everyone to enjoy meals together.
The lounge features a cozy 3-seater sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a 60-inch Smart TV.
The master bedroom offers ample storage, a luxurious double bed, and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The second bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe
Additionally, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
Conveniently located on the high street, with everything you need right at your doorstep, including numerous restaurants and bars, a shopping mall, underground station, and cinema.
**Please be aware that the elevator is currently out of service. If you’re reading this, please note that the apartment is on the second floor, and you’ll need to use the stairs.

We charge £40 late check-in fee after 10pm.
Early check-in may also be available, but can not be guaranteed.
Please note that same-day bookings require at least 2 hours’ notice prior to arrival.

House rules Respect the Space – House Rules
At Ace Suites, we want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To ensure a pleasant experience for you and our neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow these important house rules:
No Smoking Indoors
This is a smoke-free property. If you wish to smoke, please step outside onto the street. Any smoke-related cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit.
Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the quiet hours. Parties and loud music are not permitted. All our properties are fitted with fair-level noise monitors. If noise levels exceed this, you’ll receive a warning via phone, text, or email. Continued issues may result in a visit from our security team and additional charges. In extreme cases, guests may be asked to leave. Let’s keep things fun but respectful.
No Pets Allowed
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our properties.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please ensure you vacate the apartment by 11am so we can prepare for our next guests. Late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
Before You Leave
Kindly wash any used dishes, bag your rubbish, and take it with you for disposal.
Minimum Age Requirement
Bookings must be made by a lead guest aged 21 or over. We do not accept reservations from groups under this age limit. Please contact us if you’re unsure before booking.
Damage Deposits At Ace Suites, we take pride in caring for our homes and ensuring peace of mind for our property owners. To help protect the space during your stay, a damages deposit is required before check-in.
You have two options:
Accidental Damage Waiver – £30.00 (Non-Refundable)
This covers you for up to £300.00 in accidental damage. Please note that this does not cover deliberate damage or negligence.
Refundable Damages Deposit – £300.00 (Card Pre-Authorisation)
You may choose to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full deposit amount. This is held securely and will automatically expire after 7 days, provided no damage is reported.
A secure link will be sent the day before check-in, allowing you to choose either the damage waiver or the pre-authorisation option. Once completed, we’ll promptly release your check-in instructions for a smooth arrival.
This property isn’t available for booking directly on our website, but you can follow the link provided and receive a 10% discount when you mention that you found it through our site.
